JY-1000B Fully Hydraulic Core Drilling Rig

DMiningwell JY series full hydraulic core drilling rig is a new type of drilling rig developed by our company on the basis of learning from the advanced technology of similar drilling rigs at home and abroad. It is mainly suitable for the drilling of solid ore deposits, and can also be used for engineering geology, shallow oil, natural gas, groundwater drilling. It can also be used for engineering drilling such as tunnel ventilation, drainage and dike grouting. The drilling rig adopts full hydraulic drive, the power head rotation adopts axial piston pump and inclined shaft piston motor drive, mechanical two-speed plus stepless speed regulation, and the structure is advanced. The power head adopts the cylinder chain double speed feeding mechanism, which moves smoothly and reliably, and has a lateral translation mechanism of the power head. The mast adopts the oil cylinder lifting and falling to slide as a whole, and can drill holes within the range of 45-90 °. The hydraulic system adopts load-sensitive control, which has high working efficiency and large torque. The drilling rig is equipped with a hydraulic Trojan horse holder, hydraulic leveling legs, retractable masts and other devices to facilitate the rapid positioning of the drilling rig. Equipped with wireless remote control tracks, it is suitable for a variety of terrains, and controls the crawling of the drilling rig within a safe distance to prevent sudden dangers.

Feature

A. The drilling machine adopts full hydraulic drive mode and can use 3 meters drill pipe.
B. The rig can carry out mechanical two-gear plus stepless speed regulation, and the highest torque can reach 2600N.m.  
C. Axial plunger pump and inclined shaft plunger motor drive.  
D. With power head lateral translation mechanism, the mast can slip as a whole by cylinder lifting and landing, and can be drilled within the range of 45-90°.
